大家下午好!
你們的孩子來到這里已經(jīng)半學(xué)期了 。 今天 ， 我們在這里相聚 ， 目標(biāo)只有一個 ， 那就是為了孩子們能更好地成長和學(xué)習(xí)上能取得更大的進(jìn)步 。 我先作個自我介紹：我叫黃燕燕 ， 是本班的英語教師 。
我的發(fā)言分四個部分:匯報班級情況 ， 交流三個問題 ， 幾點溫馨提示 。
一、首先,跟大家匯報一下班級學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀
1.班級學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀
我們班總共 名學(xué)生 ， 上周我校進(jìn)行了半期考試 。 我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個匯報 。 平均分 分 ， 優(yōu)生 人 ， 優(yōu)生率 % 。 排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比 ， 進(jìn)步較大的學(xué)生有 。 通過高中半期的學(xué)習(xí) ， 大多數(shù)學(xué)生都具有良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣 。 學(xué)習(xí)積極性較高 ， 能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業(yè) ， 深知英語學(xué)科在整個高中課程的重要性 。
2.存在問題:
1)早讀課容易瞌睡 ， 每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多 ， 導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好 。
2)部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學(xué)階段 ， 從不自覺主動地去學(xué)習(xí)(從他們對作業(yè)的認(rèn)識和處理方式上就可以看出來)
3)部分學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè) ， 少數(shù)學(xué)生作業(yè)拖拉甚至不交作業(yè)

二、其次 ， 想跟大家交流四個問題
1.首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了高中以后 ， 總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分 ， 初中也能考到七八十分 ， 為什么到了高中 ， 成績不令人滿意 ， 甚至有些失望呢?
這個問題的答案首先與各個學(xué)習(xí)階段的特點有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識教育為主 ， 要在很小的時候培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心 ， 試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān) ， 因此考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會很高 。 初中則是以普及教育為主 ， 考試會照顧到大部分學(xué)生 ， 因此分?jǐn)?shù)也較高 。 但是 ， 高中教育 ， 特別是在以高考為最終目標(biāo)的大背景下 ， 就是以選拔為目的了 ， 所以 ， 考試難度與深度會有很大的提升 ， 得分率自然就會下降 ， 孩子們的考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會低一些 。 所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)來衡量孩子們高中的學(xué)習(xí) ， 是不科學(xué)的 。
