為防御動(dòng)物傳染病、寄生蟲(chóng)病傳入，保護(hù)我國(guó)畜牧業(yè)及漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全、動(dòng)物源性食品安全和公共衛(wèi)生安全，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)動(dòng)物防疫法》《中華人民共和國(guó)進(jìn)出境動(dòng)植物檢疫法》等法律法規(guī)，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部會(huì)同海關(guān)總署組織修訂了《中華人民共和國(guó)進(jìn)境動(dòng)物檢疫疫病名錄》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《名錄》)，現(xiàn)予以發(fā)布 。該《名錄》自發(fā)布之日起生效，2013年11月28日發(fā)布的《中華人民共和國(guó)進(jìn)境動(dòng)物檢疫疫病名錄》(農(nóng)業(yè)部、國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局聯(lián)合公告第2013號(hào))同時(shí)廢止 。
農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部和海關(guān)總署將在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)《名錄》實(shí)施動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整 。
