【辭職信的寫法】辭職書的寫法
(一)標題
在第一行中間寫“辭職書”三個字 ， 或寫“辭去×××工作”等字樣 。
(二)稱謂
在第二行頂格寫任職單位負責人姓名 。
(三)正文
寫明辭職的原因 ， 辭去什么職務 ， 什么工作 。 經過多方面的考慮 ， 我決定辭掉目前所從事的職位
此次申請 ， 純粹是個人興趣的原因 ， 非關其他
. 我非常重視我在xx公司內的這段經歷 ， 也很榮幸自己成為xx公司的一員 ， 我確信我在xx公司里的這段經歷和經驗 ， 將為我今后的職業(yè)發(fā)展帶來非常大的利益
對此 ， 我表示衷心的感謝 ， 感謝公司領導為我提供給公司服務的機會
(四)結語
在正文后面寫表示歉意的語句 。
(五)署名、日期
在正文右下方寫上辭職人的姓名 ， 在署名下面寫具體的年、月、日 。
二、寫辭職書應注意的問題
1．理由要充分、可信 。 寫辭職書 ， 一定要充分考慮辭職的理由是否充分、可信 。 因為只有理由充分、可信 ， 才能得到批準 。 但陳述理由的文字應扼要 ， 不必展開 。
2．措辭要委婉、懇切 。 用委婉、懇切的言詞來表明辭職的誠意
