四、如果你想補充營養(yǎng),怎么選?如果孩子或家庭成員真的需要補鈣,嚴格遵醫(yī)囑、藥師或臨床營養(yǎng)師的建議,合理補充 。
市面上有很多鈣劑,如何選擇:
1、建議選
以及碳酸鈣和檸檬酸鈣
碳酸鈣更實惠,鈣也高,可達40%,即600鎂碳酸鈣,你可以預約240毫克鈣 。應該補充相同劑量的鈣,當選擇碳酸鈣來補充鈣時,藥物總量會相對少一些 。缺點是可能會引起便秘、腹脹等問題 。另外,碳酸鈣的吸收依賴于胃酸,所以最好在飯時或飯后吃 。
檸檬酸鈣稍微貴一點,鈣含量略低,約20% 。與碳酸鈣相比,它的優(yōu)點是不會便秘,而且空腹時也能很好的吸收,如此獨立于胃酸 。因此,對于胃酸分泌減弱的人,比如50歲以上的中老年人,或服用抑酸劑的人,檸檬酸鈣比碳酸鈣好 。

磷酸鈣,乳酸鈣和葡萄糖酸鈣
磷酸鈣,乳酸鈣和葡萄糖酸鈣來補充鈣,因為他們的鈣含量太低 。例如,葡萄糖酸鈣只含有9%鈣元素
