海爾彩1000M與飛利浦630的關(guān)系

曾有機友說批評海爾，說海爾彩智星1000M不過是飛利浦630的貼牌機，也有網(wǎng)友詢問他們二者到底什么關(guān)系，到底真實內(nèi)幕是怎么樣的呢？
首先更正貼牌機的概念：貼牌機，字面意思解釋，一般是貼別人（有名氣的大廠商、名牌）牌子賣自己（小廠、無名之輩）貨的意思；也就是，提供牌子的只提供牌子，不管生產(chǎn)制造 。從這點看，說海爾是飛利浦貼牌是不對的 。
那這兩款基本功能接近是什么關(guān)系呢？
曾有機友soyeahr已經(jīng)提供了答案:"事實這樣的：philips的法國手機研發(fā)中心（唯一）因經(jīng)營不善賣給了CEC（中電）,630就是他們設(shè)計的，現(xiàn)在應(yīng)該叫中電得手機研發(fā)中心，630和1000系列出自同門，因為haier與CEC在香港有手機研發(fā)合資公司，而philips手機現(xiàn)在既沒有研發(fā)也沒有生產(chǎn)了，他的研發(fā)全部委托給CEC了 。所以不是p把技術(shù)賣給了h,而是630 &1000同出自第三方CEC 。"
該機友說的內(nèi)幕我們不得而知，但至少CELLON公司網(wǎng)站的資料說明如下：

【海爾彩1000M與飛利浦630的關(guān)系】可以看出，海爾也好，飛利浦也好，都是采用的Cellon(CEC)公司的核心技術(shù)，一個是在蘇州產(chǎn)，一個是青島造，一個是擴展了語音功能，一個是擴展了MP3，兩者都采用了cellon630固件，1000M還擴展了其支持高容量電池部分，其余基本相同，應(yīng)該算是一母同胞吧 。
