丹育豬以高產(chǎn)著名于世，但由于豬場(chǎng)建設(shè)、飼養(yǎng)管理等諸多方面的挑戰(zhàn)，讓丹育豬在中國(guó)的生產(chǎn)性能未能達(dá)到預(yù)期，但丹育種豬在中國(guó)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的受青睞程度仍越來(lái)越高 。豬譯館特收集整理了一系列丹育相關(guān)資料，目前正在轉(zhuǎn)載由喜肉科技攜手英聯(lián)飼料和華揚(yáng)種豬聯(lián)合推出的丹麥養(yǎng)豬研究中心制作的丹育《配種管理手冊(cè)》，敬請(qǐng)關(guān)注 。

配種是新一輪生產(chǎn)的開(kāi)始，配種質(zhì)量會(huì)直接影響受胎率、分娩率、產(chǎn)仔數(shù)、斷奶數(shù)等一系列關(guān)鍵的KPI 。因此配種舍的正確管理有助于提高和維持母豬高產(chǎn)、穩(wěn)產(chǎn) 。本手冊(cè)詳細(xì)講解了不同生產(chǎn)模式下查情和配種的各種技巧，其中很多章節(jié)圖文并茂可以直接作為SOP使用 。

18.1良好的、有規(guī)律的妊娠鑒定是掃描
Good And Systematic Pregnancy Control Is Done By Scanning
所有的母豬在第24天時(shí)掃描 。
All sows are scanned at day 24.
記得掃描病豬舍內(nèi)的母豬 。
Remember to scanne sows in the hospital pen.
工作人員應(yīng)注意手臂、手、膝蓋和腳趾不要被欄 中的母豬擠傷 。
Be aware that your arms, hands, knees and toes don’t get squeezed in the inventory if the sows are in boxes.
掃描儀的探頭涂上耦合劑后置于腹股溝部 。
The scanner head is applied gel and is placed in the groin.
緩慢地移動(dòng)探頭，直至出現(xiàn)胚胎清晰的圖像 。
lowly move the scanner head around until there is a clear picture of the fetus.
如果圖像模糊不清，要涂更多的耦合劑 。
If the image is blurred, apply more gel.
至少要發(fā)現(xiàn)3個(gè)不同的胚囊，才可判斷為妊娠 。
Only the discovery of at least 3 distinct fetal bladders is a sure sign of pregnancy.
如果不確定掃描結(jié)果，標(biāo)記該母豬，并在一個(gè)星 期內(nèi)再次掃描 。
If you are unsure of the diagnosis, then mark the sow, and scan again within a week.
要在空懷母豬的背上標(biāo)一個(gè)“減號(hào)”，并轉(zhuǎn)回配種舍 。
Empty sows are marked with a minus sign on the back and are moved back to the mating unit.
如果分娩率低于85% 。需在妊娠第6周時(shí)再進(jìn)行一次掃描 。
If the farrowing rate is below 85 % it is recommended to scan a second time in 6th week of gestation.

如母豬的一側(cè)被裝滿尿液的膀胱遮住，則在另一側(cè)掃描 。
A fifilled urine bladder covers the embryos – try the other side.
將囊腫與胚胎混淆 。
Cysts can be confused with embryoss.
懷孕母豬被掃描成空懷母豬
A pregnant sow is scanned empty.
胚胎較少，且只在母豬的一側(cè)掃描了一次 。
A sow with few embryos with only one scanning on one side.
母豬在配種后不到24天就進(jìn)行掃描 。
A sow, which is mated less than 24 days before the scan.
