就是A乘以三。與我們糾結(jié)的A has increased by three times一樣，都是指A增加了兩倍。（貌似只有我們學(xué)過(guò)小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)的人才會(huì)糾結(jié)是不是要說(shuō)A has increased by three times 。老外算數(shù)不好，分不清，所以這種表達(dá)本身就不是很清楚。）
3、用名詞year-on-year increase/rise of （數(shù)值）
如上新聞的例子。
