2.2解壓
在壓縮過程中，IPCA為解壓過程定義了參數(shù)和算法 。按照在[IPCOMP]中的定義，IPComp頭后的數(shù)據(jù)被解壓然后在IP頭中取代IPComp頭 。
使用DEFLATE的解壓過程按照[Deutsch96]中定義的解壓過程 。
3.限度
按照[IPCOMP]中的說明，假如在一個(gè)比較小的緩沖區(qū)里面執(zhí)行壓縮即使鏈路比較快也不會工作的很好，因?yàn)閴嚎s花費(fèi)的時(shí)間比傳輸花費(fèi)的時(shí)間要少 。非正式的測試顯示能夠產(chǎn)生最好結(jié)果的平均緩沖大小是90字節(jié) 。所以執(zhí)行一種壓縮算法的緩沖區(qū)SHOULDNOT小于90字節(jié) 。
除了緩沖大小的限制，[IPCOMP]中沒有定義可壓縮性的測試，本文檔也沒有概述 。
4.IPSec傳輸標(biāo)志符
[IPDOI]聲明：DEFLATE壓縮算法的ISAKMPIPCOMP傳輸ID是IPCOMP_DEFLATE 。IPCOMP_DEFLATE不需要別的ISAKMP參數(shù) 。
