首先 ， 請允許我代表新老師向給我們提供實現(xiàn)人生抱負機會的校領導表示衷心的感謝 。
能夠成為一名教師 ， 我們是幸福的；能夠成為二中的教師 ， 我們更是深感自豪 。 從我們踏上三尺講臺的那一刻起 ， 我們就肩負了教書育人的圣神職責 。 我們深感責任重大 ， 我們必須努力進取 。 在此 ， 請允許我代表全體新教師鄭重承諾 ， 在今后的工作中努力做到以下四點：
一、做一名合格的教師
我們將以老教師為榜樣 ， 虛心請教、刻苦專研、努力探索本學科的教學方法 ， 做到因材施教 ， 爭取在最短的時間內(nèi)讓自己的教學步入正軌 。
二、做一名品德高尚的教師
古人云：“學高為師 ， 身正為范” 。 一名優(yōu)秀的教師不僅要有廣博的知識 ， 更要有高尚的道德情懷 。 我們要以自己的.人格去塑造學生的人格 ， 用自己的道德情感去喚醒學生的道德情感 。 “言傳不如身教”我們將銘記于心 。
三、做一名有責任感的教師
“師者 ， 所以傳道授業(yè)解惑也” 。 我們需要有高度的責任感 ， 嚴謹務實的工作作風 ， 精心備課、細心講解、耐心答疑 ， 以平等的心態(tài)、欣賞的目光、發(fā)展的眼光去對待每一位學生 ， 成為學生學習上、生活中的好朋友 。
四、做一名真正的鳳岡二中人
鳳岡二中的發(fā)展需要我們一代又一代人堅持不懈的努力 。 我們將繼承和發(fā)揚二中的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng) ， 在校領導的帶領下 ， 努力奮斗 ， 對學校的發(fā)展做出應有的貢獻 。 在這個舞臺上實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值 。
作為一名老師我想對同學們說：沒有永遠的最后 ， 只有暫時的落后 ， 每天進步一點點 ， 堅持 ， 就會成功 。 無論昨天的你怎樣都已經(jīng)過去 。
新學期 ， 新起點 ， 新的希望 ， 新的征程 。 我相信經(jīng)歷過磨練的我們會更加的成熟與自信！就讓我們期待明天更為豐碩的成果吧！在更為激勵的競爭中乘風破浪 ， 盡展二中風采 。 在我們?nèi)w師生的努力下二中的明天會更加輝煌！

the young is just like blooming flowers ， they are so beautiful when blooming ， they make people feel happy ， but with time passing by ， after they withers ， moet people think they are ugly.and so it is the same with young ， we are enthusiastic when we are young ， then we may lose our passion when getting older and older.so we must treasure it ， don't let the limitted time pass by ， leaving nothing of significance.
